In the last couple of weeks René de Kat and his team have been working hard in Iasi (Romania) to setup our development hotspot over there. They basically had to start from ground zero. The only thing that was in place was a verbal agreement with a local real estate agent that we would rent an office space. In fact, René did not even have a place to live when he travelled to Iasi on the 3rd of january.

But now, only three weeks later, we are open for business. OK, not every last piece of office furniture is in place, but we are definitely ready for projects. The office at the Chronos Business Centre on Strada Saulescu has plenty of space. We even have a fast fibre-optic internet connection (thanks Euroweb) and brand new PC's for the team. We can serve a great espresso and cappucino for our guests and the fridge is filled with beer for the friday afternoon drinks.

All in all we are on schedule and had some great weeks. Now it's time to focus on the job ahead: doing excellent projects for our clients. I can't wait to travel to Iasi in february and personally give my compliments to the team. Good work Andreea, Andrei, Dragos, Ionut & René! Keep up the good spirit.
