I have thousands of good quality digital pictures, over 20 raw youtube video footage and access t o the core tapes plus access to professional journalists on site text reports to create a fantastic presentatation on how a rural community is entering the 21st century with a little help from me and 800 people in various online networks.
I am looking for folks that like to use this project as a business case for their own company or study project and put everything together into one storryboard we can use to get access to funding.

Finanacial resoureces at this moment are limmited but we're about to launch a bottleneck fund that will provide adequate funding for invested time and resources within 12 months. Petty cash expenses can be covered. We also work on barter basis.
