The Infinite Possibility Workshop provides a new way of thinking about creating wondrous, immersive, and fully engaging experiences that effectively fuse together the real and the virtual. In the space of two days, it provides examples, thought experiments, and tools for envisioning, determining, and implementing the multi-dimensional experiences people desire today. This workshop will supercharge your offerings, your customer relationships, and your business by enabling you to determine exactly which technology-enabled experiences are right for you amidst, yes, the infinite possibility.

Workshop Structure

As a way to understand the classifications and possibilities of experiences – real, virtual, and in-between – Joe Pine and Kim Korn have created and refined a model called the “Multiverse” which finally makes sense of today’s explosion of digital technology. Within the Multiverse, Pine & Korn have identified eight realms that delineate the myriad ways people undergo experiences – creating a brilliant lens through which to explore undiscovered opportunities. Workshop participants will experience the Multiverse both individually and in small teams, working through several rounds that include seeing how the various ideas can be integrated into even higher-value experiences. The best of these ideas will then be refined through several rounds of experience design, so that participants take away actionable ideas for new offerings in their business.
