Welkom op mijn profielpagina!
Mijn verhaal begint in Groningen, waar ik "geboren en getogen ben," zoals dat zo mooi heet. Na de Hogere Hotelschool in Leeuwarden te hebben afgerond, ben ik in Hilversum op mijn voormalig afstudeeradres,

, mijn carrière begonnen. Via een kort avontuur van zo'n anderhalf jaar bij
Airmiles
ben ik in 1998 bij
Meeting Masters
aan de slag gegaan.
In september 2009 heb ik mijn opleiding
NLP, TA en Systemisch Werk (
bij
Plata Opleidingen
in Leiden) succesvol afgerond. Met ook dit diploma in de hand, goede gesprekken en een paar hele mooie mensen om mij heen heb ik de stap genomen om mn eigen bedrijf te starten: It starts with A
Mijn passie is het ontdekken en ervaren van de dynamiek in de diverse culturen, zo wel in werkomgeving als tijdens mijn vakanties. Met de vakantieherinneringen aan Rajastan (India) en Moskou nog vers in het geheugen, ben ik natuurlijk al weer aan het dromen over mijn volgende vakantie....
Mijn levensmotto is prachtig verwoord in twee coupletten uit het gedicht "Rolling Stone" van Robert Service. Dit deel ik graag met jou:
To scorn all strife, and to view all life
With the curious eyes of a child;
From the plangent sea to the prairie,
From the slum to the heart of the Wild.
From the red-rimmed star to the speck of sand,
From the vast to the greatly small;
For I know that the whole for good is planned,
And I want to see it all.
