Along with the increasing number of activities inspired by or based upon Appreciative Inquiry grows the need to better understand the impact of the underlying principles, the subsequent steps (4 D's) and the nature of AI as a way of life. Furthermore, what does Apprecitive Inquiry do with people, with leadership, with communication, decisionmaking and strategy development? And - last but not least - what is the impact of AI on organizational performance? What is the effectiveness of strength based change? We need decisive questions to focus research on AI and develop instruments to measure the impacts.
This plaza aims at bringing together people with interest in research on AI related issues. It invites plaza visitors to share, discuss and co-create AI research tools and findings.

With English as our common language, this plaza also allows other languages when such messages, blogs of Q&A's are aimed at local activities, such as gatherings.
