Well, normally I would blog in Dutch for SMC Amsterdam, but hey, I want our fellows in Chicago and New York to read this as well. The nice thing about the social media club is that it binds people from all over the world. Literally.
When I attended the summit Enterprise Social 2.0 last week, two of the speakers came up to me and told me they saw Social Media Club either on my twitteraccount or on my personal blog. It felt, to me at least, like we were friends instantaneously. Like social media people do, we grabbed our cameras and filmed each other.
Represent from Manhattan, New York, was
Adam Wallace - the social media guy from the Roger Smith Hotel. One of the coolest places in the city, if only you guessed it from their brilliant blog. And
Ramon de Leon kicks off. Once a pizza delivery guy, he is now a proud owner of six Domino's Pizza franchises in the Windy City. He generates business through Twitter and Foursquare. I did a bunch'a cool video's with these guys, which I'll share later on.
And I hac the chance to help out Ramon, who was absent from the Social Media Club Chicago meetup on Friday - I sort of write his video sick note :-).
