In April 2009 I started Projectgroup eco-village Ekosofia. About 40 people make up this growing and divers group of people who aim at building an eco-village close to Amsterdam for 300-500 households. At LinkedIn I started an Ekosofia Group to further evolve the concept in an open source way with the help of professionals in agriculture, architecture, biology, energy, urban planning etc. In cooperation with a.o. green collars, designers, artists and companies and organisations Foundation Ekosofia wishes to start up more pilots around the world.
