I studied at the Hotelschool The Hague, International University of Hospitality management and I am since 1985 serial entrepreneur.
Before becomming an entrepreneur I held various senior management positions in the travel & hospitality industry.

Besides my activities in the hospitality industry, the world of internet is my world and I have become an enthusiastic and succesfull webtrend strategist. I am a consultant, besides my activities as President of CDEF Holding, for (inter) national hotel chains and other service oriented companies, on the subject of E-commerce, E-communication, innovation, collaboration, business models and organization restructuring. I am also co-CEO of the Mindz.com business socio-network.

I publish columns in Reed/Elseviers’ Misset Horeca, Kluwers  Acco newspaper and blog on various leading Dutch blogs, like Mindz.com and Molblog.

Finally I am a regular guest lecturer on the Erasmus University, Rotterdam school of Business, the Hotelschool The Hague and other universities.
