For that amount of money I will give a lecture of 30 min – 1hr and because I like to leave something tangible behind, I will take 50 Society3.0 books with me!

Society 3.0.

We leven in een tijdsgewricht. Daar is geen ontkomen aan. De dynamiek giert om ons heen. Wat vandaag “zeker” was is morgen weer weg. Een heuse crisis. Een falend bancair systeem met daaruit volgend een economische neergang die zijn weerga niet kent. Stilstand. File. Het is voor ieder weldenkend mens wel duidelijk dat er een aantal zaken structureel in ons land verkeerd zijn en inmiddels al gewoon zijn ontspoort. We hebben onszelf vastgezet.

Parallel aan onze fysieke werkelijkheid is er een nieuwe wereld ontstaan, waar iedere dag waarde wordt gecreëerd. Vaak zonder dat er tegenover die waarcreatie direct een geldelijke beloning staat. Het is een wereld waar mensen samenwerken in een vaak niet vooraf gedefinieerde samenstelling. En ze delen, delen en delen. In die wereld begrijpt men dat delen vermenigvuldigen is. In die wereld heeft een omkering in het denken plaatsgevonden en die blijkt heel veel op te leveren. Het is de wereld van de virtuele sociale netwerken. De kracht van sociale netwerken groeit enorm. Na het zich “aan elkaar verbinden” is het delen ontstaan. Er wordt ongegeneerd kennis en ervaringen gedeeld over allerlei producten en diensten, zonder dat je dit als buitenstaander merkt. Als vervolg zie je nu nieuwe vormen van samenwerking ontstaan. Sociale netwerken zijn de machtcentra van morgen. Misschien zelfs al wel die van vandaag! Als overheid, ondernemer, dienstverlener of fabrikant is het zaak je in deze wereld te begeven.

De oude-systeem wereld, althans de redbare stukken, dienen we te verbinden met deze nieuwe krachtscentra. Daar ligt voor mij de sleutel tot de nieuwe waardecreatie. Die nieuwe waardecreatie gaat ons uit de huidige crisis halen. We groeien met horten en stoten naar een nieuwe samenleving, de Society30, met de Interdepente Economie, waarbij de oude economische schaarste wordt omgezet in overvloed. Daar hebben we een ander democratisch model bij nodig. Daarin gaan we op een andere wijze met elkaar werken. Nieuw werken. En dat doen we binnen open en platte organisatie structuren. Netwerk organisaties die in balans zijn met hun omgeving en daardoor duurzaam opereren.

In een flitsende presentatie neemt Ronald je mee in een toekomstige wereld die er vandaag al is. De Society30 wordt langzamerhand zichtbaar, niet alleen dankzij de ontwikkelingen rondom de sociale media, maar ook door het aanhouden van de crisis. Het besef is er dat het anders moet. Ronald laat zien dat en hoe het anders kan. Met harde voorbeelden en bewijzen!

Society 3.0.

We live in an exciting era. There is no escape from it. The dynamics are all around us. What is sure today will be gone tomorrow. A real crisis. The world has never experienced such a failing banking system and its consequential economic downturn. The world is standing still, like a traffic jam. It is clear for anyone who puts some thought into it that there are serious structural issues in our country and we already derailed because of it. We have trapped ourselves.

Parallel to our physical reality, a new world has arised where value is created every day. In that world, value is often created without a direct monetary reward. It is a world in which people cooperate in an often not pre-defined composition. Sharing is key. In that world, people understand that sharing is multiplying. In that world, the mindset has changed radically and this change has proven to be extremely valuable. It is the world of virtual social networks. The power of social networks is growing. After ‘connecting’ ‘sharing’ has arised. People are sharing knowledge and experience about products and services like they never did before, without you knowing as an outsider. Consequentiatlly, new forms of cooperations are arising. Social networks are the powercentres of tomorrow. Maybe even of today! As a government, entrepreneur, service provider or manufacturer, it is essential for you to be active in this world.

The old-system world, at least the salvageable pieces, should be connected to this new world. To me, that is the key to new value creation. That new value creation will pull us out of the crisis. We will stumble to a new society, the Society3.0, with the Interdepenten Economy, in which the old economic scarcity is converted into abundance. For that, we need a different democratic model in which we will cooperate differently with each other. New ways of work. We will do this within open and flat organizational structures. Network organizations which are in balance with their environment and therefore operate more sustainably.

During an exicting presentation, Ronald will take you into the world of the future which already exists today. The Society 3.0 is becoming more visible, not only due to the developments within social media, but also due to the persisting crisis. The world is realizing things should change.
