Fifteen tracks, eleven countries… one Markus Schulz. In one of his most inspired projects yet, the Trance megastar re-writes the rules on compilation construction and invites you on a trip of a lifetime, uniting his radio, online and live platforms.

‘Markus Schulz World Tour: Best of 2009’ encapsulates the atmosphere of the German-born spinner’s DJ set like never before, putting you right at the heart of the action. The mix album is a celebration of the parties that will live long in the memory of Global DJ Broadcast followers.

Schulz’ famed radio show - ‘Global DJ Broadcast’ – broadcasts live recordings from his World Tour every month. The compilation incorporates selected highlights in a blend of euphoric moments and audible climaxes from a relentless year of storming the world’s best venues. Taking in the blissful beaches of Ibiza, the oriental edge of Hong Kong and the slick sights of Miami, the album’s precision encompasses specific moments and music from those performances as well as many others.

Uniquely crafted in the only way Schulz knows how the mix of tracks and rapturous applause from venues across the globe makes for one of his most technical projects yet. Out now, Schulz’ latest CD will feed the masses of loyal fans that follow the Coldharbour boss’ weekly show, whilst giving the rest a lesson in compilation construction.

Markus has just released an I-Phone application which you can use to follow him everywhere you go. You will now be able to keep in touch with the man himself from the palm of your own hand; with pictures, news and all the latest sounds.
