2 Days ago I wrote a blog about the fact that after my flying start, I'm noticing that social media has started to overwhelm me.
I'm noticing that reading blogs and blogging itself, Twitter, Facebook etc. is taking more and more time and I wonder how you feel about that? Would you say it's fun? Or do you regard it as somewhat stressfull?
What are your main activities? Mainly mindz? How much time do you spend (per day) on social media? Which strategies do you use to make sure that it remains fun and won't get out of control?

It seems like we all embrace the power of our social activities online. In most cases this is not due to a decision that we make ourselves, but because we are drawn into these developments by the platforms that we use.
